This policy explains what data the Katalog Flipbook Shopify app processes. The app is built and operated by Verimek Telekomünikasyon Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi.

What we process

• Store information: your store domain, install date and the access token issued by Shopify. The token is stored only so the app can call the Shopify API on your store's behalf.
• Catalog content: the addresses of the page images generated from your PDF, the catalog title and handle, page order, the text layer extracted from the PDF, and the coordinates and product IDs of the product hotspots you place.
• Usage counters: catalog opens, page turns, product hotspot clicks and add-to-cart events. These records cannot be linked to a person: we store no customer ID, IP address, cookie or session identifier.

What we do not process

The app does not collect, store or transmit any personal data belonging to your customers. We do not request access to order, customer or payment data.

Where data is stored

• PDFs and page images are stored in your own Shopify Files and served from the Shopify CDN. We keep no copy on our servers.
• Catalog records and usage counters are stored in our database on a server located in Türkiye.
• Product title, price and image are read live from the Shopify Admin API on each request and held in memory for 60 seconds only; they are not persisted.

Retention

• Usage counters are deleted after 180 days.
• Completed processing records are deleted after 30 days.
• When you uninstall, your session is deleted immediately and your catalogs are kept, so reinstalling resumes where you left off.
• On Shopify's post-uninstall redaction request, all data belonging to your store is permanently deleted. To have it deleted sooner, email us at the address below; we act within 30 days.

Sharing

We do not sell your data, use it for marketing, or transfer it to third parties. The providers we rely on to run the service are Shopify (app platform, file storage and CDN) and Cloudflare (DNS and traffic routing).

Embedded catalogs

If you explicitly enable embedding for a catalog, that catalog is published at a publicly reachable address. Usage counters do not run on that page.

Your rights

To request a copy, correction or deletion of the data we hold, email [email protected]. We respond within 30 days.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date on this page is updated; we also announce significant changes inside the app.
